Take Charge and Age Gracefully: Women’s Wellness Seminar Offered at
UC Health’s West Chester Hospital
 
CINCINNATI (May 15, 2019) — Community members are invited to join the region’s leading physician specialists for an engaging discussion about physical changes women endure as they age.
 
WHAT: Healthy Aging for Women Seminars (open to the public)
COST: Free
WHEN: Saturday, May, 18, 9 - 10:30 a.m. or Wednesday, May 22, 7 - 8:30 p.m.
WHERE: West Chester Hospital, Plaza Conference Room, Level A

The following topics will be explored:
  • Why is menopause so challenging? What are some helpful tips to manage it?
  • What are the most common health issues or illnesses that affect women? How can women prevent these issues?
  • What actions can be taken to reduce cognitive decline?
  • What are helpful and innovative tips for achieving and maintaining an appropriate weight?
