Afidence Acquires Procurement and Recruiting Divisions from Timbelo Inc.
Mason, OH – March 8, 2018 -Today Afidence Inc., an award-winning business and IT solutions company, announced the acquisition of two divisions of Timbelo Inc. – the product procurement division and the IT recruiting division. Providing clients with unbiased, real-time business and IT solutions built on a foundation of integrity and quality, Afidence is thrilled to now offer these other services to their clients.
Timbelo Inc., a certified, 100% women-owned, diverse supplier of business solutions and acquisitions, was the creation of Barbara E Hogan in 2016. Barbara is also the co-owner of Afidence and founded the new company to address a specific question, “Why can’t we bring integrity to the product sales industry?”, and she has done just that.
At the core of the acquisition is Timbelo’s industry-changing product procurement service which truly revolves around empowering clients through quality and integrity. Timbelo doesn’t push products on clients based on backroom vendor deals. Instead, they work with each client to ensure they are getting the right products to meet their needs, at the best possible price, backed up with pricing transparency that no other company offers.
“For years I was very much against Afidence getting into the product procurement business. I had seen so many resellers doing business in a less-than-honorable manner and I simply didn’t want Afidence to be associated to that part of the industry,” explained Bryan Hogan, President/CEO & Owner of Afidence. “But Timbelo was able to bring the level of trust and transparency we strive to achieve to these services and that makes them a perfect fit for our clients.”
