The IT System/Solutions Analyst role is a technical position which requires knowledge and experience managing systems implementations and new subscriber integrations within a Software as a Service company. The successful candidate will work closely with customers (internal & external) and their technical teams to define, gather and prioritize requirements, and deliver project successfully. The systems analyst will coordinate with new and existing clients to understand their project requirements and provide solutions as to how Gensuite can be implemented as a SasS solution to address their needs. In addition, the IT analyst will help plan, initiate, and execute IT implementations and integrations on the hosted platform.



  • Leverage a matrix team of people to develop strategies/processes for establishing system integrations between Gensuite applications and other third party applications

  • Work closely with customers (internal & external) and their technical teams to define, gather and prioritize requirements, and deliver project successfully

  • Articulates the full value of Gensuite solutions, services and integrations that benefit the customer including creation or review of customer proposals

  • Ensure a strong and seamless relationship by maintaining communications about the project to internal and external customers, be point of contact for new customer integrations

  • Investigate/Troubleshoot issues that may arise related to system integrations including identifying and implementing a solution to resolve

  • Assist with responding to on-going Request for Information/Proposal questions or customer questions related to system integrations with Gensuite


  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or equivalent experience

Qualifications & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a technical IT systems implementation

  • Knowledge of the software development life cycles (SDLC) – Implementation, Deployment and Sustainability

  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

  • Track record of teamwork

  • Technical knowledge of systems integrations and ERP integrations (preferred)

  • Ability in leading systems implementation for customers (desirable)

  • Understanding of dynamic Web application development technology (desirable)

  • Technical Familiarity with SQL databases (desirable)

  • Request for Information/Proposal (RFI/RFP) response experience (desirable)
