We are a niche IT services company, looking for an entrepreneurial candidate for an exciting opportunity to be a part of a rapidly growing start-up. Our ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, generalist skills and proven leadership skills. He or she has familiarity with IT Consulting or Software Services business, as well as best practices for functions like Recruiting, HR Operations, Sales and Business Development. A passion for startups and a bias toward execution is a must. This person needs to be a Jack/Jill of all trades.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Execute on the day to day of running a startup, mainly HR, Operations and Recruiting.
  • Helping with Sales, Business Development and Marketing functions will be plus.
  • Plan, manage, coordinate, and execute tasks from the founder and client business opportunities with a sense of urgency
  • Will report directly to the Founder and CEO
 
 Requirements:
  • You have 1+ years of work experience, preferably in tech start-ups
  • Experience with some HR, Operations and Recruitment
  • Knowledge of Business Development, Sales and Marketing functions or desire to learn and help
  • You have client-facing experience and have a proven ability to engage with customers and build lasting partnerships
  • You think outside the box and you are always searching for new ways to innovate and create
  • You have a strong history of leadership; you take initiative and manage others in a way that promotes growth and efficiency
  • You are energetic, resourceful and do what it takes to get the job done
  • You are hungry to learn and you actively look for opportunities to contribute
  • You are highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple tasks and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
  • You have incredible drive and intellectual curiosity
