MUM faculty member Lauren Matus facilitates a discussion on living well and mindfulness. Mindfulness practices are used across many health fields and successfully help people reduce stress and anxiety while improving physical health. Discussion topics could include why some methods of stress relief work and others don?t, and how mindfulness can be applied at home, in the workplace and at school. Audience members will be asked to share techniques for stress reduction that they use. All programs are free and open to the public ? Light refreshments provided.
