The Warren County Career Center is celebrating their new RAMTEC lab.
The RAMTEC (Robotics and Advanced Manufacturing Technology Education Collaborative) Statewide Advanced Manufacturing STEM/Career Technical Education Consortium, led by Tri-Rivers Career Center, received $14.99 million dollars through Ohio’s Straight A Fund. WCCC’s share was approximately $500,000, which was used to purchase training equipment for high school students, which can also be used by adult students. This doubled the size of our Advanced Technologies & Robotics lab and will prepare more workers for the Advanced Manufacturing industry in the area.
