Northeast Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce's monthly BASH with Needs-N-Dreams Foundation at the Harpers Point Tennis Club.  This BASH is the kick off event for Needs-N-Dreams!  There will be a live band, appetizers, drinks, raffles and a silent auction.  Come and network with your fellow Chamber members while showing your support for one of our newest ones!
