Event Description:
Miami Regionals’ E-Campus will be offering 6 one-week hands-on S.T.E.A.M. Studio summer camps for 5th - 8th grade students from June 27 - July 26 on the Hamilton and Middletown campuses.
Each week of camp is centered around a common theme to provide unique hands-on opportunities to imagine, design and bring ideas to life while experiencing traditional and not-so-traditional summer camp activities.
“Lights, Camera, Magic!” will meet June 17 - June 21 from 9am - 4pm on the Middletown campus. How did they do that? Did you ever wonder how to make something fly or suspend in mid-air? Explore the basics used by film directors and photographers to create special effects using green screen technology while creating your own short-film or print art! End the week screening your creations at the first-ever STEAM Studio “Film Fest!” (Max 45 Participants)
