HOMEARAMA® is the registered trade name for the single-site new home showcase produced by the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati. The 2017 show will mark the 54th year for the new home showcase. HOMEARAMA® regularly attracts thousands of enthusiastic Cincinnatians. HOMEARAMA® 2017 will feature a variety of architectural styles. The homes will range in price from $800,000 and up.Developed by M/I Homes of Cincinnati, Rivercrest is a beautiful, 132 acre community with 211 single family lots (39 custom lots; 172 M/I Homes lots), overlooking the Little Miami River in the highly acclaimed Kings School District. Located in Hamilton Township, this community is minutes from I-71 and I-275, providing quick and easy access to all of Cincinnati. Rivercrest is close to Deerfield Town Center, the Little Miami bike path & river, Kings Island, the Beach Water Park and Caesar Creek State Park. Neighboring Landen, Kings Mills and Mason also provide plenty of options for dining, shopping and entertainment. Ticket Prices: $16.00 at the gate or $14.00 at Cincinnati area Kroger stores. AAA members can purchase discount tickets for $14.00 by showing their AAA card at the gate. Discount tickets can be purchased online at www.cincybuilders.com for $14.00. Children 12 and under are free if accompanied by an adult. No tickets sold or admittance to the show after 9:00 PM.
Directions: I-71 North - Take the Mason-Montgomery Road/Fields Ertel Road exit. Follow the exit to the right going towards Mason Road/Fields Ertel Road. Turn left on Mason Montgomery Road, turn right on Fields Ertel Road, turn left on Montgomery Road. Go approximately 7 miles on Montgomery Road and the entrance to Rivercrest is on the left (just on the other side of the bridge that goes over the Little Miami River). Follow the signs to HOMEARAMA® parking. (GPS Address - 1295 US 22, Maineville, OH 45039)
Important Show Information
Your ticket includes on-site parking. Concessions by Vonderhaar’s Catering will be available at the HOMEARAMA® Café at Rivercrest. Restrooms are available on site. Numerous events are being planned for this year's show including Ladies Night, Date Night, Wine Tastings, Craft Beer Tastings, Bourbon Tastings, Food Truck Day, Classic Car Cruise-in, etc. All Events will be listed on the HBA's website closer to show time at www.cincybuilders.com. No strollers, wagons or child backpacks with metal frames are permitted in the show homes. No pets, with the exception of service animals, are permitted within the show site.HomeZone Exhibit Tent
