Healthy Happy Hour at In Shape MD

    Come socialize and try low calorie food, low sugar desserts that help weight loss, fizzy energy drink shots, and awesome shakes.  Several of our patients that have lost 30 lbs in the past two months will be available to talk about what has worked for them.
    Healthy Happy Hour is free from 5-7 this Friday, March 7th at In Shape MD in the Deerfield Kroger Shopping Center.  It's informal so drop in anytime.
