The Southwest Central Ohio Procurement Technical Assistance Center (SWCO PTAC) is a non-profit organization funded by the Department of Defense (DoD), the Ohio Department of Development (ODOD) and the Edison Materials Technology Center (EMTEC) whose mission is to help small business understand the government procurement process.

Whether you are experienced in selling to government or expanding into new markets, SWCO PTAC has all the expertise in all levels of procurement. Our experienced staff provides free technical assistance on a one-to-one basis with businesses looking to expand their customer base into the government market.
