Complaint Survival 101 is an upcoming workshop hosted by BBB. This event is designed for local business/nonprofit support staff interested in new and inventive ways to better their business practices, establish resilient relationships with customers, and learn how to proactively and reactively maintain excellent reputations in the community.
 
At this workshop, we'll answer the questions Cincinnati's business community needs to know:
 
  • A customer filed a complaint against me. Now what?
  • What will BBB do to help me when a customer complains?
  • What's the best way to respond to online criticism?
  • We got a glowing customer review. How can I draw attention to it?
  • We got a bad customer review. How can I mitigate it?
  • We've made some changes. What's the best way to update our profile and get those changes out there?
  • We're an Accredited Business. Are we taking advantage of all of BBB's resources for us?
