Mason City Council hopes you enjoy this FREE regional event intended to showcase the quality of life that Mason has to offer. Phillip Phillips and Ben Rector are the featured artists for this year’s event you won’t want to miss!

Entertainment

The City of Mason is excited to announce that Red Rhythm and Boom will feature multi-platinum artist, Phillip Phillips! This acclaimed artist began his career by winning Season 11 of American Idol in 2011. Since releasing his five-times platinum debut single “Home” in spring 2012, Phillip Phillips has put out two chart-topping albums and taken his earthy but expansive brand of guitar-fueled rock to stages across the globe. With songs from his platinum album, The World from the Side of the Moon and sophomore album, Behind the Light, Phillips is sure to get the crowd rocking with his rich, soulful vocals and bold twist on anthemic folk-rock. The City of Mason is also excited to host chart-topping musical artist Ben Rector as the opening act.

Stage entertainment will kick off at 6 p.m. with a skydiving exhibit presented by Start Skydiving and continue throughout the night until a fireworks display presented by Rozzi’s Famous Fireworks at 10 p.m. We hope you can join us!
