WHO CAN COME: Any age and Fitness level
WHAT KIND OF EXERCISES: Everything will be body weight exercises. Cardio. Upper body. Lower Body. Core work.
WHAT TO BRING: Plenty of water. 17 gallon bucket, drum sticks, and a 75cm yoga ball. Positive attitude. Friends and family.
WHAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT: Expect to be a part of a positive and encouraging environment. You will get a great workout along with a recovery smoothie after the workout. If modifications are needed they will be given.
