1st Annual 5K Run & Walk for Hospice

On Saturday, September 29, 2012, Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties will hold their First Annual 5K Run & Walk for Hospice at Smith Park in Middletown, Ohio.  Registration begins at 8:30am, and the 5K begins at 10:00am.  Door prizes and Team Awards are presented immediately following the event.  All proceeds will benefit patients and families served by Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties.  This fundraising event will draw hundreds of participants, who may register as individuals or as teams.  Adult registration is $25, and youth (7 & under) is $15.  Teams are determined by the number of participants: 

Ruby Team (5 Walkers)
Sapphire Team (15 Walkers)
Diamond Team (25 Walkers)
